**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform meat cutting tasks with precision and skill, ensuring quality cuts of meat are produced.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all products.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience (2 yrs) as a Meat Cutter or Butcher preferred.
- Must be available to work from 5am to 1pm with weekday and weekend availability.
- Knowledge of various cuts of meat and preparation methods, mainly beef and pork
- Strong knife skills and the ability to use meat cutting equipment.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and precision in cutting techniques.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (up to 60lbs/27kgs) and complete repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working in colder environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Own transportation is required, not on transit route.
- Able to communicate with team members effectively
