**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing and resetting tables promptly
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages as needed
- Handle guest inquiries politely via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in maintaining an organized dining environment, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing
- Provide exceptional guest services to enhance overall guest experience
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and service quality
**Requirements**:
- Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred
- Must have Smart Serve or willing to attain within a reasonable time
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with restaurant POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest relations best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- A friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
