**We are currently looking for 2 University or College students to join our team for this summer student position The approximate timeframe for this position is from June 19th to August 30th.**

**PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE**:
Under the direction of the Administrator and working in a team, the incumbent will assist in the resident and family satisfaction surveys for the Long-term Care Homes within the St. Joseph's Health System. The duties required of the incumbent include:

- Travelling to Dundas, Brantford, and Guelph
- Interview residents
- Mail surveys to family member (as needed)
- Input and compile data

In addition, the incumbent will assist with quality improvement activities, policy development, and other special projects and duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Mustbe a student currently enrolled in a University or College program, preferably in Health Care
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable with older adults and the environment of a long-term care home
- Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle to visit other LTC homes within the St. Joseph's Health System
