**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Continuous Improvement Admin is responsible for publishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supporting Continuous Improvement (CI) activities. This role includes data entry, the creation and updating of training materials, and active involvement in CI initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and publish SOPs.
- Organize training sessions, preparing content at least one week in advance.
- Monitor and audit quality metrics on a weekly basis.
- Conduct audits and update leaders’ standard work binders.
- Facilitate training for new SOPs; prepare materials and follow up with participants.
- Manage projects utilizing project management tools.
- Establish a standardized system with clear milestones for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Purchase and oversee the inventory of CI training materials.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking skills.
- Ability to effectively create training material.
- Ability to effectively train employees.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Possess a positive attitude, patience, self-motivation, and adaptability.
- Ability to focus, actively listen, stay open-minded, and ask insightful questions when necessary.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate determination, resourcefulness, and a commitment to delivering the best results for Triple E.
- Legal right to work in Canada.
**Working Conditions**:
- Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm, on-site.
- Working in an office environment.
- Will be required to be in the production facility where you may be exposed to dust and chemicals. When in the production facility, safety glasses and hearing protection are required.
