**The Department**

The Registrar's Office is responsible for providing service to students and the Institution. It oversees service areas, including Admissions, Registration, Advising, Career Services, Financial Aid, Student Records, Curriculum and Articulation, and Timetable and Exam Scheduling. The Registrar's Office interacts with the Academic Deans to ensure business continuity, compliance with policy and implementation of strategic enrolment management plans and alignment with the Institution's direction and goals.

**The Role**

The Enrolment Assistant is a cross trained position responsible for all aspects of registering credit and apprenticeship students into programs and courses, ie: registers students, processes payments, issues official transcripts, provides information services, maintains confidential student records and files. The incumbent is expected to have a service focus to provide in depth information, advice and referrals to clients while ensuring confidentiality of personal and financial information is maintained at all times.

- Experience working with students in a post-secondary setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability.
