**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Assist healthcare providers
- Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and medical histories.
- Medical inventory check
- Refilling MD offices
- Working closely with our team of i Nurse Clinicians & Auxiliary Nurses.
- Medical instrument Sterilization

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Proficient in using outlook / excel
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fluent in French & English both verbal and written
