**Full time Unlicensed Property Management Assistant**

Some flexibility in schedule with a primary base of Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Must be available occasionally on Saturdays for 2-4 hours and one to two evenings per week, until about 7:00 p.m.

$20 per hour to start to increase to $22 per hour after 3 months, paid bi weekly

Medical and Dental benefits after 3 months

You would need to have your own reliable vehicle and mileage will be paid for upon submission of reporting with your hours

2 weeks of paid vacation in the first year + up to 5 paid days off per year due to illness or injury (if needed)

All statutory holidays off/paid

Starting date within 1 - 2 weeks

Public, Tenant and Owner inquires,

Marketing,

House showings and errands,

Screening, and placement of Tenants

Routine Inspections of properties

Co ordinating repairs and maintenance

Data entry and some book keeping

Back up/holiday relief for other departments. Occasional on call for emergencies.

There is an opportunity for future growth and advancement to include compensation for education and licensing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
