**Area Manager Job Responsibilities includes (but not restricted to)**:

- **Drive Clinic Success**: Oversee multiple dental offices, ensuring operational excellence and strong performance.
- **Lead & Develop Teams**: Train, mentor, and retain top talent while addressing underperformance proactively.
- **Optimize Operations**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), control costs, and enhance clinic efficiency.
- **Ensure Outstanding Patient Care**: Maintain top-tier customer service standards across all locations.
- **Strategic Planning & Goal Setting**: Participate in quarterly meetings, establish objectives, and drive regional growth.
- **Support New Dentists**: Ensure smooth onboarding, development, and alignment with clinic goals.
- **Foster a Positive Culture**: Lead inspiring team meetings, celebrate wins, and promote collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership experience in a multi-location management role (dental/healthcare industry preferred).
- Strong ability to analyze business metrics, drive growth, and optimize efficiency.
- Excellent people management skills with a track record of team development and retention.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on, proactive leadership style with a focus on accountability and results.
