**About the Role**
Dental Choice is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced **Area Manager** to support and lead operations across our Edmonton locations. Experience in the dental industry is a strong asset.
As an Area Manager, you will play a vital leadership role under the guidance of our Director of Operations. You’ll be responsible for supporting office teams with challenges they’re unable to resolve independently, implementing proactive solutions, and fostering an environment of growth, positivity, and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
As Area Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach, and support office teams across multiple locations
- Conduct annual performance reviews for all staff
- Facilitate and lead monthly team meetings
- Provide ongoing staff development through coaching, counseling, and training
- Implement and enforce effective office systems and operational practices
- Oversee office organization and administrative procedures
- Review and approve supply requisitions
- Ensure optimal practice operations using proven dental management strategies
**Qualifications**
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years of experience in dental management or dental administration
- Possesses strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Communicates with clarity, confidence, and empathy
- Brings a collaborative mindset and a passion for helping teams grow and succeed
**Salary & Benefits**
- Competitive salary: $75,000-$80,000
