**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- ** Program Preparation**: Develop and conduct engaging programs for participants, ensuring they meet required standards.
- ** Activity Instruction**: Demonstrate and teach activities using established methods, providing helpful feedback to participants.
- ** Safety Assurance**: Explain and enforce safety rules for sports, recreation activities, and equipment use.
- ** Supply Management**: Gather and organize necessary supplies and equipment.
- ** Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records, including class attendance and incident reports, and distribute relevant forms and program information.
- ** Participant Safety**: Ensure the safety and enjoyment of participants through communication, monitoring, and enforcement of program and facility rules. Address unsafe and unacceptable behavior.
- ** Equipment Care**: Ensure equipment is used safely, kept in good condition, and stored properly.
- ** Customer Service**: Respond to participants' immediate concerns and needs, providing excellent customer service.
- ** Facility Liaison**: Act as a bridge between the facility and participants.
- ** Additional Duties**: Perform other related tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:High school diploma and current technical or practical training in a relevant discipline.
- ** Experience**:At least one year of related experience.
- ** Flexibility**:Willingness to work flexible hours, including daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on program needs.
- ** Instructional Skills**:Proven experience in providing instruction within a program setting.
- ** Communication Skills**:Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, along with strong customer service and behavior management abilities.
- ** Background Check**:Provide a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check at your own expense as a condition of employment.
- ** Reliability**:Demonstrated reliability, positive attitude, and good employment record.
