**Service manager**

The Overhead door company Of Peterborough is a locally owned and operated business, which has been proudly serving Residents and Businesses of Peterborough and surrounding area Since 1979. The Overhead door company of Peterborough specializes in Residential Service and installations, as well as industrial service and installations of garage doors, high speed doors, rolling steel, security grill/shutters and gate operator systems. We also have a hollow metal division in house with stock of Hollow metal door and window systems.

The Overhead door company of Peterborough is seeking an experienced Salesperson with Experience in the construction industry that understands man door systems etc. Hollow metal Salesperson will be required to work in the hollow metal division only which will entail quoting projects, ordering material, working with our net work of subcontractors for service and installation. Our Hollow metal division deals with commercial man door systems specializing in fire ratings for frames, Doors, associated hardware and windows. We also offer wood man door systems and all KN Crowder material such as aluminum thresholds, weatherstrip kits, brushes, ASI Dealers for commercial washroom accessories and lockers as well as other specialized areas such as dealers for Canadian mailbox company. Our in-house shipping/receiving department handles putting material away, receiving material in our systems as well as getting supply only orders ready for pick up and loading for customers. This also includes the ability of job site deliveries when required with driver on staff. This position requires the need to be reliable, self motivated and willing to learn. Our shared network allows other sales team to assist when possible, from other divisions with quoting etc. Training of current systems will be provided but this position will require the ability to be self reliant and have good problem-solving skills and do other Duties as assigned. On occasion sales calls need to be performed which a company truck is provided for.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have own Transportation
- Professional demeaner
- Hold a strong work ethic.
- Criminal Records Check
- Ability to work independently.
- Sales Experience Preferred
- Construction Experience preferred.
- Hollow metal experience preferred.
- Ability to read construction drawings and quote material as required.
- Keep track of stock
- QuickBooks experience preferred ( We are on Enterprise) and or experience with accounting software.

**Schedule**
- Shift 8-5 Mon-Thurs, Fri 8-4:30
- Overtime available upon request

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
