We are looking for a proactive and analytical **Data Analyst** to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at transforming data into actionable insights and building solutions that support data-driven decision-making. This role reports to the Manager, Business Intelligence.
**What will you do**:

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Build and manage data warehousing and lakehouse solutions with a strong command of Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Exhibit a high level of technical proficiency in delivering complete data visualization solutions, from data ingestion to user-facing insights.
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Senior Leadership and Individual Contributors, to gather requirements and drive product enhancements.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to our software development life cycle, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the process.

**Required Skills**:

- ** Data Analysis**: Proficient in data analysis using tools such as **Power BI, SQL**, **and Excel** to extract insights and support business decisions.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (**Power BI**), programming languages (e.g., **Python**, **R**), and data integration platforms like **Azure Data Factory**.
- ** Microsoft Power Platform Stack**: Hands-on experience with Power Pages, Power Applications, Power Automate.
- ** Project Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Agile Methodologies**: Familiar with **Agile** practices and tools such as **Azure DevOps**, with experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Solid understanding of QA processes and experience supporting **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** to ensure data integrity and solution reliability.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ** Azure Suite of Tools**: Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and other Azure cloud services.
- ** MS Dynamics 365**: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for data integration and analysis.
- ** Advanced Analytics**: Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.
- ** Business Intelligence**: Strong background in business intelligence and data warehousing.
- ** Certifications**: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.

**What you will bring**:

- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, or similar role
- College or University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- A natural curiosity and understanding of business priorities that will refine and challenge business requirements to flush out the best possible outcomes.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills with leadership quality is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills
- Ability to handle diverse situations and multiple projects.
- Constantly learning and honing your skills
