RESPONSIBILITIES:
EQuIS:
- Integrate data from laboratory, field, and historical sources into ERM’s EQuIS databases and other systems.- Work with project teams to plan sampling campaigns and deliverable schedules, provide query/reporting support, and develop reporting dashboards for a wide variety of projects.- Coordinate with ERM/client contracted laboratories to ensure that project data quality objectives are being met.- Perform environmental data verification and validation.

acQuire GIM Suite:
- Utilize the GIM Suite design license to create and edit the suite of objects in any acQuire database (Import, Data Entry, Report and others).- Integrate QAQC processes into the assay results workflow.- Deliver post-implementation end-user training to clients managing an acQuire GimSuite database.- Develop Arena tasks for logging and reporting.

General:
- Work with ERM’s various Technical Communities to develop innovative data services and automated workflows.- Interact and maintain successful relationships with clients, ERM employees, and subcontractors.- Perform and manage multiple tasks within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS:
- BS/BA degree in chemistry, geology or environmental science related field.- 0-2+ years (3+ years preferred) of previous work experience in environmental data quality with strong analytical/database skills. A background in environmental chemistry with prior analytical laboratory experience and/or data validation is preferred.- Knowledge of various analytical methods related to environmental sampling.- Strong organizational and communication skills.- Comfortable working at a desk performing computer-based tasks.- Comfortable in meetings with clients, configuring acQuire objects to achieve expected results.- Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and Access.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of previous work experience in environmental data quality with strong analytical/database skills.- Experience with EarthSoft’s EQuIS software (and all included modules).- Experience with sample preparation and analysis and use of various analytical laboratory instruments (GC/MS, GC, ICP, LC, etc.).- Experience with R or other computer language.- Experience with acQuire GIM Suite- A detailed understanding of SQL Server RDBMS is preferred.
