**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Process reservations and maintain accurate records of guest information.
- Respond to phone calls promptly, utilizing excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with any guest requests or concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel setting is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating positive guest experiences.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
