Overnight Front Desk Agent

**Position Summary**:
The Overnight Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring smooth hotel operations during the overnight shift. This role provides excellent guest service, handles check-ins and check-outs, manages reservations, and ensures the safety and security of the property while maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
- Monitor hotel security and conduct regular property walks to ensure guest safety.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Balance and audit daily transactions, including cash and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare overnight reports for management.
- Assist with wake-up calls, and special requests as needed.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight hours.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
**Schedule**:
- Overnight shift hours (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), including weekends and holidays as needed.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
