As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and service are maintained.

**Responsibilities**:
Production:

- Monitor Manufacturing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve production efficiency
- Manage maintenance operations for smooth production processes
- Analyze and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules, lead meetings

Plant Management:

- Ensure plant production meets customer requirements and maintains productive operations
- Optimize staffing levels in alignment with projected production needs and company growth targets
- Develop and manage training programs in coordination with HR to enhance employee skills
- Ensure plant operations comply with health, safety, and environmental policies

Communication:

- Effectively communicate with the team and stakeholders
- Assist in problem solving

Leadership and Development:

- Develop and coach leaders, motivating teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs
- Succession planning

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs
- Experience in a unionized work environment is preferred
- Experience in the steel industry is considered an asset

**Job Location**: Armstrong, BC Industrial Park

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
