**Position Overview**

Looking for a responsible individual with a knack and drive to run a shop/take on responsibility. As a **Service Advisor**, you will be responsible for providing high quality, professional customer service of an auto-repair, service, and tire shop. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Greet and welcome customers and assist as required
- Provide top-notch customer service, consultation and explanation of required vehicle services and tire requirements.
- make product suggestions and recommendations and expl the work performed/associated costs to customers
- Handle customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Manage sales, provide quotes, book appointments, invoicing, receiving parts etc.
- Handle payment transactions
- Responsible for general housekeeping in the showroom and office areas
- Full Time 8hr shift Monday to Friday, Potential for part-time and termed contract
- Excellent benefits and competitive wages,

**Qualifications**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate confidently. Must speak good fluent english and have conversational skills with customers and co-workers.
- showing up to work is a must. We work as a team and being absent/sick day abuse will not be tolerated
- Highly organized and attentive to details
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment
- Previous experience in the automotive trade specifically relating to job costing, sales, invoicing, scheduling considered an asset but not mandatory
- Tire experience an asset but not mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
