We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our operations in multiple locations. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. This is a key leadership role that requires strong project management, business development, and supervisory skills.
**Duties**:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding customer base, and increasing sales
- Provide leadership and guidance to Tow Driver team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process improvements
- Conduct regular inspections to assess driver and truck operations, provide support to other team members, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional regions and teams to develop and implement best practices across region
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, vendors, and partners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Travel to other offices for meetings and picking up/dropping off any paperwork as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Regional Manager or similar leadership position
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated success in business development and sales strategies
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire teams
- Proficient in process improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability and on-call
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
