**What You’ll Do**:

- Power Operations: Load and unload trucks, efficiently moving materials and equipment to designated locations.
- Maintain Excellence: Keep the shop, yard, and parking lot clean, safe, and organized, ensuring a top-notch work environment.
- Document with Precision: Accurately complete paperwork and reports to keep operations on track.
- Operate Equipment: Use forklifts with a company-issued license to handle materials with ease.
- Prioritize Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE usage, confined space safety, and chemical handling. Support the Team: Pitch in with additional tasks, including parking lot upkeep and repairs, to keep the crew moving forward.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year in labour, warehouse, or related roles.
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift and move 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally), with comfort in standing, walking, kneeling, and overhead work.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with asphalt repair is a plus.
- Credentials: Valid Driver’s License (Class 3 is an asset) and ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and criminal checks). Work Ethic: A can-do attitude with a commitment to safety and quality.
