**Position Overview**

The Project Coordinator role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual to manage signage projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth communication and execution across all departments.

**Who You Are**

You are skilled in developing project plans and coordinating schedules, you excel in maintaining clear communication with team members and stakeholders. Your strong organizational skills enable you to manage multiple tasks effectively, while your proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office supports your analytical problem-solving abilities. Adaptable and collaborative, you are a valuable asset to any project team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the WOW experience continues, making Aroh Inc. the preferred signage supplier for repeat customers.
- Manage and update project details in George, ensuring all project information is accurate, current, and reflects any changes in scope, timelines, or requirements.
- Independently manage projects for smaller client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to Aroh’s quality standards
- Keep customers informed on project progress, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the process.
- Manage small, low-margin projects while ensuring profitability through effective cost control and efficiency.
- Work with the Project leads to ensure all project details are captured and updated in George
- Specify and update signage packages for up coming projects
- Work closely with the creative team to develop custom signage designs tailored to each project.
- Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure all project aspects are on track and no details are overlooked.
- Update and manage project details in George our project Management System
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
- Address last-minute changes or challenges, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in project coordination (preferably in signage, interior design, architecture industries).
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to proactively engage with customers and suggest creative solutions.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on ensuring quality and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
