- Reacts immediately to issues requiring attention during the shift
- Responsible for overall team member performance
- Encourages an exciting and fun work environment while motivating team
- Ensures that enough product is ordered to meet operational needs and ensure its stored and labelled correctly
- Responsibility for overall of operations of the location including to ensure staff is scheduled to meet the needs of the business
- Ensures health and safety policies are followed during the shift including
- Move the Mobile unit with Company truck to required locations

**Job Requirements**
- Demonstrates excellent leadership skills
- Responsible, organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Reliable and adaptable to fast-paced activities
- High levels of initiative and enthusiasm
- Experience with leading a team
- Additional Assets: Food Handling Certificate, Food experience
- Drivers License required
- Ability to tow a trailer
