As a CNC operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipped machinery to produce precisely machined products through interpreting blueprints and G-Code. You will be tasked with ensuring the quality of the product as well as adhering to all standards set for production.

**Job Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience operating CNC equipped machinery
- Attention to detail - Ability to identify production imperfections
- Ability to physically set up production pieces prior to manufacturing
- Adept communication skills with production manager to ensure quality while maintaining efficient turnaround times

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain assigned CNC machinery
- Setup production pieces effectively and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Utilize precision instrumentation to ensure accuracy throughout the production process
- Communicate errors to members of management to ensure all steps are taken to deter from future instances.
- Demonstrate personal leadership; actively participate in problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
- Practice good communication with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrate flexibility when confronted with high stress or emergency situations, priority changes, or new assignments.
- Interact professionally when interacting with customers and employees.
- Produce and maintain a consistent quality of work.
- Recommend improvements for area product and processes.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
