**Do you love American Football NFL? Are you active and like working with children in North Vancouver ?**

**As an NFL FLAG League Representative, you will be the weekly on-field** **NFL Flag Vancouver League for all field operations during the league season.**

**What you’ll do**:

- Oversee NFL FLAG game day operations including set-up and break down league booth and fields, handle game situations involving coaches, players, parents and officials
- Establish relationships with coaches and officials, and fill in as a coach or official as needed
- Prepare official’s scorecards, sell mouth guards, and meet and greet customers at the field
- Communicate with supervisor throughout week, attend weekly Game Day Rep meetings at night and submit Weekend League Review (scores, events of the day, etc.)
- Communicate with supervisor throughout day via phone with internet access
- Respectfully resolve conflicts and address concerns and questions from customers appropriately
- Regularly attend coaches’ meetings, staff trainings, weekly meetings with supervisor

**Additional Job Information**:

- Work Schedule: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Saturdays or Sundays for the duration of the 8-10-week season
- Opportunity to return for following league season and earn seasonal pay increases with good performance
- Training provided by NFL Flag Vancouver, no prior sports industry experience required

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service-oriented personality
- Problem-solving skills and conflict resolution experience
- Enthusiastic approach and a passion for youth sports

**Position Summary**:
NFL Flag Vancouver is seeking a field operator to join our team at our North Vancouver, BC facility.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 8-10 weeks

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
