Install Coordinator

The primary function involves coordinating the installation of new door products or systems at client locations. They will liaise between customers, the sales team, and the technician team to ensure that installations are completed on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.
This is a full-time role, with work hours scheduled from Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary, and may include additional elements such as:
- $32.04 average hourly rate
- Weekly Performance Bonus
- Benefits (Health, Dental, Retirement Plans)

**Responsibilities**:
- ** Project Planning**: Develop installation schedules and allocate resources based on project requirements.
- ** Customer Service**: Act as the point of contact for customers during the installation process, ensuring that they are kept informed of progress, delays, or any issues that arise.
- ** Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with external vendors or subcontractors as needed to ensure all parts and services are delivered on schedule.
- ** Resource Management**: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all materials, manpower, and equipment are available as needed.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Ensure that installations meet company and industry standards. This may involve conducting or overseeing inspections and tests. **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of installation projects, including timelines, resources used, and any challenges encountered.
- ** Troubleshooting**: Problem-solve any issues that arise during the installation process, involving technical staff as necessary.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure all installations meet regulations as well as any industry-specific standards.
- ** Budget Management**: Keep track of installation costs to ensure they stay within budget constraints.
- ** Post-installation Support**: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and to address any questions or concerns they may have post-installation.
