Print Estimator

**OVERVIEW**
**Responsibilities**
- Ensures timely and accurate estimates by reviewing quote specifications
- Determines most cost effective and competitive manufacturing options by comparing pricing associated with all viable production methods
- o Calculates costs of all materials required in the production process
- o Facilitates pricing from vendors and other outside sources for raw materials and other key inputs
- Suggests strategic alternatives
- Works with the operations teams to ensure quote accuracy on new and unique opportunities
- Responds to all inquiries regarding delivery, specifications, order expediting, etc. in a timely manner
- Monitors orders through system, including regular order follow-up, to ensure timely delivery, and expedites as needed
- Collaborates harmoniously with internal manufacturing and support staff, throughout the order fulfillment and problem resolution process, including: logistics, quality issues, and management, etc.
- Responsible for keeping all contact and information systems up to date, accurate, and complete
- Thinking outside the box to generate creative solutions for improving efficiency in running our US work.
**Requirements**:
- Related estimation and/or coordination experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, in printing, packaging, or paper converting
- Highly organized and detail oriented for a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Thrives in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Intermediate computer skills required in MSOffice, Microsoft AX experience an asset
- Strong Excel skills including but not limited to building complex workbooks, pivot tables, etc.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, high energy, team player focused on the goals of the organization
