**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated facilitators to host themed birthday parties for up to 20 children aged between 2.5 - 10 years of age. All parties will be held on weekends and may include indoor and outdoor activities.

Parties will be 2 hours in duration with 30 minutes prior to and directly following the event for prep and clean up. Families will choose from a list of pre-planned themes ahead of time which will include an icebreaker, craft activities, games, pizza and refreshments.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with the planning and preparation
- Set up and clean up of parties
- Lead all activities during the party
- Ensure the parties are fun, engaging and enjoyable for all participants
- Supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being throughout the duration of the party, maintaining a fun and engaging environment
- Liaise effectively with parents before, during and after the party to ensure clear communication regarding party details, any special requirements and to address any concerns or questions they may have
- Providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience working with children
- Ability to work diligently and on own initiative
- Ability to supervise a group of youth birthday party patrons
- Must display leadership skills
- Possess good communication skills
- Must be committed to working weekends
