**Description**
As a an Advanced Aesthetician, you will wear multiple hats: providing exceptional aesthetician services, supporting reception duties, and potentially preparing for a managerial role within Damara Day Spa & Medical Aesthetics. You will be an integral part of the team, delivering top-tier skincare treatments, managing client appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your Aesthetician experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for customer service will help you thrive in this dynamic role.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform skin analysis and provide personalized skincare recommendations.
- Administer facials, peels, and other advanced skincare treatments based on individual client needs.
- Offer manicure and pedicure services, ensuring a luxurious experience for each client.
- Conduct hair removal services, including waxing, threading, and laser treatments.
- Provide expert advice on skincare products and help clients create tailored skincare routines.
- Perform body treatments such as massages, exfoliation, and body wraps.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across treatment rooms and equipment.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and improve your skills through continuous learning.
- Assist with reception duties, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries.
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations and client satisfaction.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, trust, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Upsell services and retail products through expert knowledge and recommendations.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required, working towards a leadership position within the spa.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role.
- Ability to perform a wide range of aesthetician services, including facials, body treatments, and hair removal.
- A valid aesthetician license or certification from an accredited institution.
- Experience in reception duties, customer service, or spa management is an asset.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to customize treatments and provide personalized care for clients.
- Certification in specialized treatments (e.g., microdermabrasion, chemical peels) is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential and a passion for growth and development in the spa industry.

**Schedule & Compensation**
- Day, evening, and weekend shifts available.
- Flexible hours to accommodate on-call and holiday shifts.
- Hourly pay: $18-$22/hour, plus commission and tips.
