Client Onboarding Coordinator

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) nouveau(elle) membre d’équipe orienté(e) sur les détails et les résultats pour prendre les rênes comme Coordonnateur(trice) d’Installations. Vous reporterez directement au Gestionnaire des Installations et collaborerez étroitement avec les départements de surveillance, de service et de finance afin d’assurer un flux de travail efficace.

**Responsabilités**
- Configuration et intégration des comptes - contacter les clients, attribuer les numéros de compte, vérifier les documents requis
- Création des travaux dans le système et coordination des tâches jusqu’à leur achèvement
- Collaborer avec le technicien d’entrepôt pour commander, suivre et vérifier l’équipement pour les travaux en cours
- Planifier les rendez-vous d’installation avec les clients, les techniciens et les représentants des ventes
- Suivre les travaux et informer toutes les parties impliquées de tout changement requis
- Tenir des registres précis et détaillés des interactions avec la clientèle, des discussions, des informations et des problèmes non résolus
- Communiquer avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants participant aux installations
- Veiller au respect des politiques de santé, sécurité, qualité et recyclage
- Effectuer toute autre tâche pouvant être assignée ponctuellement par la direction
**Exigences**
- Maîtrise orale et écrite du français et de l’anglais
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et Adobe
- Connaissance des systèmes de sécurité, des technologies du secteur et des tendances (un atout)
- Connaissance des logiciels de service à la clientèle, des bases de données et des outils associés
- Connaissance du matériel informatique, du réseautage et des technologies sans fil (un atout)
- Bonne connaissance géographique de Montréal et de ses environs
- Expérience en répartition, administration de projet ou service à la clientèle - 2 ans (un atout)
- Carte BSP ou éligibilité pour l’obtenir
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et communicationnelles
- Capacité à traiter toutes les informations avec confidentialité et discrétion
**Atouts**
- Familiarité avec l’équipement de sécurité / kits de surveillance incendie ULC, contrôle d’accès, systèmes de vidéosurveillance et terminologie de basse tension de base
- Expérience en préparation de matériel, lecture des ordres de travail et validation des substitutions de modèles
- Connaissances de base en réseautage (IP statique, DHCP, ports) pour assister aux exigences pré-installation
- Expérience avec les bons de commande et les processus de RMA

We are looking for a new detail-oriented and goal focused member to join our team to take the reigns as Installation Coordinator. You will be reporting directly to the Installation Manager and will work closely with monitoring, service, and finance departments to ensure proper workflow.
- The following list is not exhaustive, other duties may be assigned by management_
**Responsibilities**
- Account setup & onboarding - contacting customers, assigning account numbers, verify documents needed
- Creating jobs in system and coordinating tasks to completion
- Liaise with warehouse technician to order, track, and verify equipment for active jobs
- Schedule installation appointments with clients, technician(s), and sales representatives
- Track jobs and notify involved parties on all changes required
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer service interactions, discussions, information, and unresolved issues
- Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors assisting with install jobs
- Ensure compliance with health, security, quality, and recycling policies
- Perform any other tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Oral and written fluency in French and English
- Microsoft Office and Adobe proficiency
- Knowledge of customer service software, database, tools
- Knowledge of computer hardware functionality, networking, wireless technology (an asset)
- Geographical knowledge of Montréal and surrounding boroughs
- Dispatching, project admin, or customer service - 2 years (an asset)
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must handle all information with confidentiality and discretion
**Assets**
- Familiarity with Security equipment/ULC fire monitoring kits, Access Control, Video Security Systems and basic low-voltage terminology
- Experience kitting materials, reading work orders, and validating model substitutions.
- Basic understanding of networking (static IPs, DHCP, ports) to assist with pre-install requirements.
- Experience with purchase orders and RMA processes.
