**Position: Wound Care LPN**

**Location: Vancouver/Burnaby/Richmond Area**

**Salary: $35.00 per hour**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform wound assessments, assist the nursing team in developing and implementing treatment plans, and provide follow-up care in clients' homes, adhering to best practice standards.
- Utilize wound care tools and supplies provided.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided.

**Qualifications**:

- Current LPN license in British Columbia.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- Completion of Criminal Record Check.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation within the Greater Vancouver area.
- Experience with wound care is an asset but not required. Willingness to learn and develop wound care skills is ideal.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with healthcare professionals, client’s family members, and relevant organizations to meet clients' best interests and goals.
- Great technical skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of client care documentation using our online systems.
