**COUNSELTRON is an importer of Kitchenware, Cookware, Storage, and Health & Wellness products since 1984 based in the Victoria Park/Steeles Area.**

**Job Description IN OFFICE ONLY & OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS Experience must be in Distribution/Importer based businesses.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the logistics requirements of our warehouse complete with freight negotiations
- Manage and lead Inventory cycle counting
- Work with office staff in operations to provide impeccable customer service to Counseltron customers. Strong verbal and written skills.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders into Adagio system with other staff.
- Resolve customer queries regarding product/pricing information, ship dates/ pick up information, returned merchandise, stock availability
- Proven competence in investigating, addressing and resolving client issues in a timely manner
- Manage new customer set-up and maintenance
- Monitor, manage and track credit limit and exposure
- Co-ordinate with Logistics to have all orders sent on time.
- Work with staff for the collection and recovery of delinquent customer accounts
- Work with Operations to provide a smooth flow of Orders and Invoicing
- Ability to perform account reconciliations
- Process daily deposits and credit card payments
- Assist in month end reconciliations to general ledger bank account entries

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills working independently
- Strong warehousing and freight logistics knowledge.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office
- A team player with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detail oriented

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Strong computer skills and proficient in MS Office, Office 365, Excel, Word software,
- Strong knowledge of Excel required to perform your work and team
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English, spoken and written, knowledge of French would be an asset
- Previous experience in a multi-company environment is an asset

Pay: $67,500.00-$80,000.00 per year
