**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Support team members in maintaining a smooth flow of operations during shifts
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in upselling menu items to increase sales opportunities
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting and multitask effectively

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry who enjoy engaging with customers and working as part of a team. Prior restaurant experience or familiarity with the food service sector will be advantageous in excelling in this role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.85-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
