**Operations Lead - The UPS Store (West Ottawa)**

We are hiring an **experienced operations lead** to oversee daily activities at our busy **The UPS Store location in West Ottawa**. This role is ideal for someone with strong **graphic design skills** and hands-on experience in **customer service, printing, shipping, packaging, and machine operations**.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands how a print, shipping, and production store runs from front counter to production floor.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee **full daily store operations**:

- Deliver outstanding **customer service**:

- Manage **shipping & packaging services** (domestic & international)
- Handle **passport & ID photo services**:

- Operate and supervise **printing & production machines**:

- Perform and review **graphic design work** (business cards, posters, banners, signage)
- Manage **inventory, suppliers, and production orders**:

- Ensure **sales accuracy, quality control, and fast turnaround times**:

- Act as the **main operational authority in-store**
- Experience working in a **print, shipping, or production environment**:

- Strong **graphic design and print production knowledge**:

- Comfortable with:

- Digital & large-format printing
- Finishing equipment (cutters, laminators, binders)
- **Shipping & packaging**:

- **Passport photo services**:

- Excellent **communication and customer service skills**:

- Strong **organization and problem-solving skills**:

- Professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
