Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced **Operations Manager** to lead day-to-day operations across a **3-restaurant McDonald’s market**. This role is responsible for operational excellence, people leadership, financial performance, and brand standards across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

**Operations & Standards**
- Ensure consistent execution of McDonald’s systems, procedures, and brand standards across all restaurants
- Drive food safety, cleanliness, speed of service, and guest satisfaction metrics
- Lead store readiness for inspections, audits, and brand visits

**People Leadership**
- Coach and develop General Managers and Assistant Managers
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and succession planning
- Build a strong culture of accountability, engagement, and performance

**Financial Performance**
- Own controllables: labour, food cost, waste, and operating expenses
- Analyze P&Ls and KPIs; implement action plans to improve profitability
- Support pricing, promotions, and local initiatives as directed by ownership

**Execution & Continuous Improvement**
- Implement company initiatives and operational rollouts
- Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate with maintenance, facilities, and vendors to ensure uptime and compliance

**Qualifications**:

- 3-7+ years of McDonald’s restaurant management experience (multi-unit preferred)
- Strong understanding of McDonald’s operations, systems, and performance metrics
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop management teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing labour and food cost
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
