**Job Overview**

This is a full-time on-site role as Undercover Loss Prevention Investigator, located in Ottawa, ON. You will play a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of our clients and their retail environments. You will use your expertise to detect, apprehend, and manage incidents of theft, ensuring adherence to both legal and procedural standards.

**What you will do**

Support security operations in retail settings.

Identify and apprehend individuals engaged in theft, coordinating with law enforcement as necessary.

Adhere to established procedures and protocols to ensure effective loss prevention.

Provide excellent customer service.

**Required Qualifications**

Valid Ontario Security Guard license or Investigator License and CPR card

Vehicle and driver's license

High school diploma required

Good interpersonal skills and customer service

Ability to do physical Security (Tactical or non-Tactical)

2 years experience in loss prevention within the retail sector

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and/or in a team

Police foundation - an asset

Ability to follow rules, regulations, and policies.
