As we continue to grow and expand; we are hiring a Loss Prevention Operator for our Home Office team in Ottawa. The successful Loss Prevention associate will be an individual seeking a challenging and interesting career.

**Loss Prevention Operator, Job Highlights**:
Assist in the execution of loss prevention activities and programs;
Monitor those entering and exiting the Home Office in accordance with requirements;
**Responsible to maintain logs including**: Access Cards, Visitor Badges, Keys, & Security Patrols etc.
Observe and supervise security camera systems and Alarm Systems.
Investigate any asset loss, property damage or other security related incidents at the Home Office
Provide direct support to the Loss Prevention Team and Facility Operations;
Provide assistance to Stores as needed;
Complete designated tasks as directed by manager.

**Loss Prevention Operator, Job Requirements**:
Completion of High School is required; Diploma in Law Enforcement and/or Police Foundations would be considered a strong asset;
Ontario Security Guard License;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Bilingualism is an asset;
First Aid is an asset
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and professionally;
Strong attention to detail and have strong analytical and problems solving skills;
Self-motivated; ability to work without direct supervision;
Intermediate PC skills, within a Windows environment;
Ability to work under strict confidentially, high ethical standards, combined with a common sense approach;
Loss prevention experience - either through education or work experience;
**Loss Prevention Operator Schedule**:
This is an overnight position that requires working On Site, and a 12 hour shifts. The schedule will alternate weekly: 7:00pm to 7:00am Sunday-Tuesday for Week 1, and 7:00pm-7:00am Saturday-Tuesday for Week 2. Overtime shifts are also available.
