**About Us**

We are a boutique hedge fund based in downtown Toronto. Our trading team is fast-moving, and our operations are critical to keeping the business running smoothly. We are looking for a Receptionist / Operations Assistant who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

**What You’ll Do**
- Reception & Office Support
- Be the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and calls.
- Manage office supplies, courier/mail, scheduling.
- Assist with expense tracking, invoices, and general office coordination.
- Operations Support (Training Provided)
- Input trade data into internal systems and maintain daily checklists.
- Assist with daily reconciliation reports from external fund administrators.
- Help prepare and distribute daily margin, borrow, and trade reports.
- Draft templated communications to brokers and service providers.
- Update and organize operations databases and Excel trackers.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Sharp and detail-oriented, you notice mistakes before others do.
- Excel literacy - basic formulas, sorting/filtering; Pivot Tables a plus.
- Numerical comfort - confident working with figures and reports.
- Ambitious mindset - sees this role as a way into the finance industry, not “just a desk job.”
- Professional presence - polished communication skills, reliable, punctual.
- Eligibility - open to recent graduates, international students with valid work permits, and early-career professionals.
