Job Summary (Primary function):
Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities):

- Develop and maintain exceptional partnerships with a diverse network of Dermatology stakeholders including but not limited to physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and professional societies
- Develop and maintain strong disease state and product knowledge and communicate relevant scientific information effectively to ensure responsible and optimal use of new Dermatology products
- Collaborate with the cross functional teams to execute innovative solutions to address care gaps and improve patient outcomes including educational programs, collaborative projects, access and advocacy initiatives
- Create and maintain a strategically developed account by account business plans that reflects in depth local market and account specific knowledge to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Execute marketing strategies, deliver branded and disease state sales messages, execute planned promotional programs
- Decisively leverage resources to maximize ROI
- Utilize members of the matrix team to address customer needs and ensure access to Incyte products for appropriate patients
- Ensure compliance with all company policies while always representing Incyte in a professional, compliant, and ethical manner

Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency):

- Bachelor degree required
- Minimum of 5 years successful biotech/specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
- Must possess well-established relationships with dermatologists in local/regional area of responsibility
- Documented history of successful product launches in a highly competitive market
- Demonstrated solid understanding of the evolving medical dermatology market place, its various customer segments, and local healthcare and payer systems
- Exceptional knowledge of scientific selling and recent launch experience with highly scientific products or biologic products in immunology/ dermatology space
- Experience working effectively in cross functional and in-field teams, as well as with multiple internal/external stakeholders
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and elite sales performance
- Superb oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Patient support programs (PSPs), Pharmacy, Market Access and other non-sales functions will be strong assets
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Field position and ability to occasionally travel within Canada and globally
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and valid passport
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
