**Job Description**:
We're looking for a talented Graphics Manager to join our team This position is initially covering a maternity leave but has the potential to transition into a permanent role. As the Graphics Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind our graphic film projects, everything from sales, design, proofing and fabrication. With our close-knit team and supportive atmosphere, you'll feel right at home.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct sales consultations and site surveys to discuss customer needs and creative ideas. Gather necessary measurements for providing quotes.

Complete construction takeoffs to provide bids on tenders.

Develop mock-ups, designs and samples that meet client needs and expectations.

Fabricate and prepare final work for our installation team.

Project coordination with Operations Manager & Clients for project completion.

Manage inventory and graphic design timing.

Provide ongoing machine maintenance and troubleshooting to Large Format Printer/Plotter/Laminator.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent work experience.

Previous experience working hands on operating large format printer and plotters.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign).

Professional communication with strong collaboration skills.

Able to work independently.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Experience in the window film/signage industry.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
