**What Will You be Doing?**
- Working under the guidance of the Engineering and Maintenance Manager, define and improve how the TPM system functions and how the TPM activities are implemented across departments
- Continue to develop our CMMS software, create dashboards, PM plans, adjust scheduling as needed to balance technician workloads whilst ensuring PM activities are completed
- Create SOP for use of the CMMS software and provide training to new and existing users on functionality
- Inventory Management - Create Purchase Orders, track and receive components, update inventory records, place into stores inventory
- Perform Monthly Cycle Counts to ensure accuracy of parts, identify parts shortages and take action to remediate
- Following up with contractors and vendors on Purchase Orders and contracted out PM activities
- Supplier Management - as required, identify alternate suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain and competitive pricing
- Continuous Improvement activities across multiple areas
- Manage the day to day activities of the CMMS system, follow up, checking, closeout, improvements etc.
- Successful completion of a Diploma in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering as either a technologist or an Engineer
- Relevant Trades Experience
- 2 - 5 years experience in Manufacturing or Maintenance Engineering activities
- Inventory Management & Control experience would be an advantage
- Experience using a commercial CMMS package such as Limble, MaintainX, Maximo, Emaint
- Mid to high proficiency with Excel
- Some Mechanical &/or Electrical experience
- Knowledge, experience and the ability to champion Continuous Improvement and the practices of LEAN and 5S
- Effective time management and organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
- Strong analytic, problem-solving and organizational skills
