CapIntel is expanding rapidly, having achieved over 750% in growth in 2021, and we're continuing to build our team to support our transformative impact on the wealth industry. **Head of Marketing** We're seeking a dynamic, strategic thinker to head up our Marketing team and become an integral part of shaping the future of our brand. In this newly created role, the **Head of Marketing** will report to the CRO and work closely with functional leaders across the company. You'll lead the program strategy build out and grow the Marketing team to keep our rocket ship flying **What you'll do** - Partner with the leadership team to plan and execute key marketing programs - Raise brand awareness, while attracting customers and driving engagement and loyalty - Hire and coach a team of up and coming marketing superstars and ensure we're building a culture of grit, creativity and bravery - Lead our PR efforts to create a leading industry brand - Collaborate with our Sales and Product teams to align our commercial objectives of promoting and driving awareness of our products and services, while always bringing the voice of the customer back to any decision we make - Monitor and evaluate the overall performance of the Marketing team against predetermined targets, as well as individual's performance - Measure, analyze, and report on programs, campaigns, OKRs, and KPIs for the marketing team - Guide the prioritization of marketing-related initiatives as the targets and teams scale **Who you are and what you bring** - 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role. It's ok if you haven't been a Head of Marketing, but you've been leading and directing the strategy and are ready for the next step as a Head of Marketing - 3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience - Experience with a start up to a scale up environment would be an awesome bonus - Experience designing and implementing programs that drive awareness, pipeline and revenue - Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced collaborative work environment and manage multiple projects at once - Team players with bias to action to achieve success in an agile environment - Bold, gritty and curious character We know that what matters most is a positive attitude, a hunger to learn, and the drive to create quality work and get results.
