**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Perform labour tasks using tools in a safe manner
- Responsible for all non-trade labour
- Provide punctual service to the tasks assigned
- Assist apprentices and journeypersons with general labour tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Solid team player with a positive attitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Deadline driven with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a face paced environment
- Ability to work well with the Foreman/woman to ensure that materials are delivered to the workforce in advance of the work
- Ability to work in a construction site environment
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Completion of Grade 12 Diploma or GED
- Construction labour experience considered an asset
