**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manages technician schedules effectively to ensure timely completion of construction projects and service calls
- Creation of work orders, and submission to accounting when project complete
- Prepares, reviews, submits purchase orders for materials and supplies in accordance with project timelines, approvals and budgeting
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects
- Organize project documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and status update reports

**Requirements**:

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with construction processes and terminology is preferred.

**Assets**
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to support projects
- Knowledge of automatic door entrance systems and door hardware
