KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Ownership of products in all phases of design, development, new product introduction (NPI) and volume manufacturing
- Primary day-to-day interface with Customers on Technical and Business items
- Determining and defining project scope and objectives
- Developing and managing a detailed project schedule
- Generating, tracking and distributing standardized reports, both internal and external
- Supporting Internal teams activities - specification clarification, technical queries, customer approvals
- Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
- Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinating with Sales, Purchasing, Design, Engineering, Quality, Scheduling, and Manufacturing to achieve On-Time Delivery, Cost, and Quality objectives.
- Ensuring completeness of Design Reviews and Product Data Packages.
- Facilitating NPI meetings for Kick-Offs, Pre-build Readiness, Post-Build Review, and Manufacturing Readiness.
- Facilitating DFX (Design for Excellence) reviews, including DFM (Design for Manufacturing), DFA (Design for Assembly) and DFT (Design for Test), DFSC (Design for Supply Chain).
- Initiating and coordinating Deviations and Engineering Change Requests / Notifications (ECRs/ECNs)
- Coordinating with Customer, Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing for authorizing RMA, determining liability, scheduling rework, replacement, or credits.
- Assisting in preparation of new product quotes for B2P or Design opportunities
- Being part of the contract review triggered by the Order Administrator upon receiving new orders
- Driving other projects as needed or requested by Management.

- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Project, and other project management software tools

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years’ experience in Electronics Manufacturing in the areas of Project Management, Product Engineering and Customer Support
- PMP certification is desirable, but not mandatory

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION
- Diploma or degree in electrical or electronics engineering or related field.

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
