Experiential Marketing Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with a strong background in experiential marketing and client management to join our dynamic team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, while also managing key client accounts. This is a critical role that requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.

**Salary**:$70,000

**Responsibilities**:

- **Program Management**: Lead the end-to-end management of complex programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- **Account Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level client stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication across departments. Foster a collaborative environment to drive successful program outcomes.
- **Risk Assessment and Mitigation**: Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Proactively monitor and address issues as they arise, making data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of programs and account management activities. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
- **Team Leadership**: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Encourage professional development and growth opportunities for team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in program management, with experience in account management roles.
- Strong expertise in managing complex projects and programs, delivering successful outcomes on time and within budget.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
