**Testing Technician**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct end-of-line testing for RBI’s boiler and water heater products to maintain the high standard of performance, workmanship, and quality.
- Troubleshoot and take necessary actions to ensure the products performs to specifications.
- Be responsive and adaptive to meet production demands and scheduling.
- Collect data diligently and provide constructive feedback to the production team for continuous improvement.
- Maintain testing tools in accordance with calibration requirements to ensure the integrity of measurements and records.

**Competencies**
- Possess a technical background of G3 gas technician or equivalent (preferred).
- Have strong sense or responsibility and willingness to learn new concepts.
- Able to operate with high sense of diligence and priority for safety.
- Must have strong communication skills and able to delegate competing priorities in production.
- Must have strong organizational skills and decision-making ability.
- Must be able up to lift 50 lbs. in very rare occasion.
- Computer literate. Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
