Establishing and implementing the quality standards for products and services - Monitoring quality testing and identifying gaps in the output. - Staying current on laws and regulations to ensure compliance. - Assisting HR in documentation and other tasks assigned by the management team. - Training other employees on quality procedures and other operational procedures. - Surprise checks at different sites. - Lead QA process improvement initiatives - Collaborate effectively with team members and others to resolve issues. - Handling quality reports and documentation. - Collecting and analyzing quality assurance data. - Assisting the Operations team at different levels. - Representing the organization at different levels of the business like job fairs, trade shows etc. - Other duties as assigned by the management. **Requirements**: - College Diploma, Police foundation diploma will be an asset. - G class driving license with clean abstract - Leadership skills - Knowledge of public safety and security, thoroughness, and attention to detail. customer service skills. - The ability to monitor your own performance and that of your colleagues. - Strong client management and consulting skills - Highly reliable and able to work in a dynamic work environment - Positive attitude and ability to provide strong leadership to supervisors and commissionaires in the field. - "Self-starter" with the ability to execute with little supervision. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; enjoys being a mentor and coach. - Must be able to commute to and from the workplace to the various client site locations Pay: $52,955.00-$57,934.00 per year Additional pay: - Commission pay **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - On-site parking - Paid time off Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Monday to Friday Application question(s): - How many years of security services sales experience do you have? - Are you an internal Flash Security Services Employee - Have you ever worked for Flash security services in the past 5 years **Education**: - Bachelor's Degree (preferred) **Experience**: - Reporting role: 2 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Driving License and reliable access to your own vehicle (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-10-16
