**A career as a Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence - Non-Financial Risks in the Integrated Risk Management at National Bank means acting as a hands-on expert focused on designing, building, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support the identification and management of non-financial risks. With your business intelligence skills, your experience in operational, technological, and continuity risks management, and your knowledge of analytics, you’ll have a positive impact on strategic decision-making, regulatory compliance, and sound risk management.**:
**Your role**:

- Translate technical outputs into business-relevant insights for risk committees and leadership.
- Be actively involved in daily operations, development, and delivery of analytical solutions.
- Develop and maintain tools and dashboards that effectively support non-financial risk management processes.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines in collaboration with the Data, Analytics and AI Enablement team.
- Participate in team knowledge-sharing and innovation efforts.

**Your team**:
As part of the Integrated Risk Management sector, your manager and you, will be on a multidisciplinary team and report to the Senior Director, Crisis Simulation and Non-Financial Risk Analytics. Our team stands out for its expertise in crisis simulation, its knowledge of risk management, its close collaboration with other sectors at the Bank, and its central role in integrating analytics into integrated risk management processes.

The position is based in Montreal, QC, and involves frequent collaboration with IT management, data, AI teams, and risk partners. The schedule is standard, with flexibility

based on team needs and strategic project deadlines.

**Prerequisites**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, risk management, analytics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with non-financial risk domains and regulatory frameworks (e.g., OSFI).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI development or risk analytics.
- Proficiency in Power BI tools (Power Query, DAX) and familiarity with Python.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bilingualism (French/English) preferred.
