- advise patients on skincare plan
- undertake patient education around skin protection
- obtain the patient's medical history
- maintain the medical charts
- ensure the medical treatment rooms remain safe and sanitary
- coordinate patient care
- undertake pre and post care
- complete patient follow up after treatment
- Document before and after photos
- Chart client treatment everytime

Medical aesthetician must be confident providing these services;
- IPL (acne, pigmentation, hair removal, texture)
- Laser (fractional, tattoo removal, carbon peel)
- Derma planing
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
