**CRM Specialist**
Tacada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Automation and CRM Specialist with expertise in HubSpot to join our dynamic marketing team. As a leading real estate company, we are committed to leveraging technology and data-driven strategies to enhance our marketing efforts and drive growth. This role will play a critical part in optimizing our marketing automation and CRM capabilities using HubSpot to streamline processes, nurture leads, and deliver personalized experiences to our target audience.
**Responsibilities**
**HubSpot Implementation and Management**:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Tacada’s HubSpot marketing automation and CRM system, ensuring optimal setup and integration with other systems as needed.
- Continuously monitor and maintain data integrity within the system, conducting regular audits and implementing data cleansing processes.
- **Marketing Automation Strategy**:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective marketing automation strategies that align with business goals and target audience segments.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing automation efforts, leveraging A/B testing and data analysis to drive improvements.
**CRM Management and Optimization**:
- Utilize HubSpot's CRM functionality to manage and track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop and implement CRM best practices, including data management, pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
- Train and support sales teams in effectively using the CRM system, providing ongoing guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing and sales strategies.
- Make data-driven recommendations for optimizing marketing automation workflows and CRM processes to drive efficiency and revenue growth.
**Stay Current with Industry Trends**:
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing automation trends, best practices, and new features in HubSpot.
- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies or strategies to improve marketing automation and CRM effectiveness.
- **Website Management**:
- Take ownership of managing and maintaining our company websites, ensuring they are up to date, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and external developers, to implement website updates, content additions, and enhancements.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with the team to optimize website conversion rates, user experience, and search engine visibility.
- Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization, to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Stay informed about the latest web design and UX trends, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the overall website experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Automation and CRM Specialist, with a focus on HubSpot, website management, including content updates, maintenance, and optimization.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in HubSpot's marketing automation, CRM, and reporting capabilities.
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website performance and generate insights for improvement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, Inbound) are preferred.
