**Position Details**
- **Shift**: Rotating Days and Afternoons Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
- **Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
- **Additional Pay**: Overtime opportunities available

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of CNC operating experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and setup sheets
- Familiarity with **FCS workholding systems** is required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Familiarity with machine monitoring systems like **InFocus** (preferred but not required; training provided)
- Ability to update schedules and communicate changes effectively

**Responsibilities**
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Utilize **FCS workholding systems** for efficient and precise machining
- Execute machining operations based on programs created by our programming team using **PowerMill**:

- Monitor machine operations to ensure maximum uptime using **InFocus machine monitoring**:

- Log downtime reasons accurately in the **InFocus system** to optimize performance
- Read and follow setup sheets to ensure proper machine configurations
- Update production schedules as needed and communicate changes to the team
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure machines are in optimal working condition
- Conduct quality checks on completed parts using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
